The Arcade at Raffles Place is Singapore's most famous money changing destination — a single ground floor packed with licensed counters competing side by side, which is exactly why its rates are consistently the sharpest in the country. This page compares every Arcade counter we track: Google ratings, exact units, live opening status and licence checks, so you know which queues are worth joining before you arrive.

I changed money here a few times(yen 4 times, usd once). Rates are great and people are polite plus super fast. I got really good condition USD bills from them as well. It’s one of the best changer in town
1) They accept Paynow, you don't need to bring cash (as of 31 May 2025) 2) You can check their rates online before heading down to the store.
I went today, January 28th, to exchange money. I visited all the money exchangers in the area (many were already closed due to Chinese New Year), and they had the best rate. Super fast service, and they don’t charge any…
Good alternative to my favourite Arcade Money Changers. Polite staff, new notes, transparent and reasonable rates.
