Public Google reviews, unedited — including the critical ones.
Rates here are OK. Got queue as its march and sch holidays have started. But queue moves pretty fast. I like to change here altho i stay loyang.
Simply rude. Will never come again. See other customers behind, just rushed thru when we needed to change more. We were changing thousands and for few people, shouldnt be rushing us. Isnt rezeki already fixed? What are you chasing…

Questions
What are Eastpoint Moneychanger's opening hours?
Mon–Sat 10am–9pm · Sun 11am–8:30pm. The status shown at the top of this page is calculated live in Singapore time, so it reflects whether the counter is open right now. Hours can still change on public holidays — worth calling before a special trip.
Which currencies can I change at Eastpoint Moneychanger?
Reviewers most often mention changing Malaysian Ringgit here. That reflects what customers report rather than a stock guarantee — for an unusual currency, call ahead, since counters carry what their regulars need.
What do customers complain about at Eastpoint Moneychanger?
Of the topics customers raise, staff & service draws the most mixed response — 3% of its 30 mentions come from reviews of 3★ or below. The strongest area is queues & speed, where 100% of 19 mentions are positive. As anywhere, count your money at the counter before you leave.
When is Eastpoint Moneychanger least crowded?
Google's visit data puts the quietest slot around Fri around 10am and the busiest around Tue around 6pm. For a large amount, a quiet slot means time to compare boards and ask for a better rate on size.
Is Eastpoint Moneychanger a licensed money changer?
We could not automatically match this listing to a MAS register entry. That does not mean it is unlicensed — shopfront names often differ from the registered entity name. Search the register; licensed changers also display their licence in-store.
