I just bought CNY at a rate of $1 SGD to 5.36 CNY and the online rate was 5.38 so I think that's a good rate. Lady was courteous so I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Hopefully anything bad is a thing of the past.
The lady is nice but the man with spectacles is super rude and always shows his attitude. I have visited it a few times (not because of the good rates but more to a convenient location) but whenever the man is there, I'll detour. Sometimes…
